Social Media Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Linde’s communication strategy through its corporate social media platforms and work closely with the broader communications teamYou will report to the Director, External Communications, and will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a program of activity which will drive brand visibility and reputationDevelop and implement targeted and effective social media plans that align with Linde’s overall goals and objectives, support our business and help develop Linde’s brand visibilityCreate and manage high-quality content for social media, including campaigns, written posts, videos, others as neededAlign with Internal Communications on the joint production of material (e.g. features, videos, etc.)Manage Linde’s social media accounts to monitor comments and messages and respond to inquiriesAnalyze social media metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvementMonitor social media trends, tools and applications to stay current with the latest developments in digital marketing, feeding these insights back into Linde’s communications activitiesCollaborate with internal teams, including Global Communications colleagues, Investor Relations, Legal, and others to ensure alignment and consistency in messagingAdditional duties as required and assigned, including supporting the broader efforts of the External Communications team
