Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Social Media Manager for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that align with the company’s goals, increase brand awareness, and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, highly organized, and experienced in managing diverse platforms and online communities. Key Responsibilities: + Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and target audience. + Content Creation: Develop compelling, original, and visually appealing content (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each social media platform. + Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of all social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others as relevant. + Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with the online community by actively monitoring, responding to comments, messages, and trends. + Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns, including promotions, giveaways, collaborations, and influencer partnerships. + Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) and generate detailed reports to inform data-driven decision-making. + Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve. + Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. + Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management or a related role. + Deep understanding of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. + Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a knack for tailoring content to various audiences. + Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms. + Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools). + Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. + Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and adjusting strategies accordingly. + Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for social media trends and culture.
