Social Media Manager (Fully Remote)

 

Summary:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for creating and managing the activities and processes of Innovative Renal Care’s social ecosystem, including blogs, Facebook, LinkedIn, webinars, and podcasts. This individual supports the development and implementation of social media strategies, analyzes performance data, traffic, and user metrics, and ensures the consistency of the brand’s digital presence and messaging.

Essential Functions:

Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms, ensuring consistency and impact. Train internal teams on social media best practices for effective platform use. Enhance executive visibility and brand reputation through online presence management. Monitor and improve online reviews and brand perception. Stay ahead of social media trends and act as a subject matter expert for B2B and B2C audiences. Engage with followers, influencers, and industry leaders to build relationships. Collaborate across teams to align social media, digital, and creative strategies. Track and analyze performance metrics to refine content and improve engagement. Conduct A/B testing, conversion optimization, and UX/UI enhancements to strengthen the customer journey.

 

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in social media marketing within a marketing department or agency. Healthcare industry experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive mindset.
