Job summary

We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of our company’s global social media strategy. This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy across social platforms while aligning with corporate communications and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, data-driven strategist, and brand steward with experience managing corporate social media accounts in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.

As the Social Media Manager, you will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and work cross-functionally with marketing, PR, content, design, and executive teams to amplify our brand, engage key audiences, and support business goals.

 

What you will do

Develop and implement a comprehensive global social media strategy that aligns with corporate communications, marketing, and brand objectives. Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Plan and execute organic campaigns to support thought leadership, product launches, events, and employer branding. Develop engaging, high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, and social storytelling) that reinforces brand messaging and resonates with key audiences. Partner with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling multimedia content. Monitor and manage audience interactions, ensuring timely engagement and escalation of issues when needed. Proactively identify social media trends, industry conversations, and opportunities to engage with thought leaders and influencers. Support crisis communications by implementing social listening and rapid-response protocols. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to voice/tone guidelines across all platforms. Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, sentiment, conversions) and provide actionable insights to optimize content and campaigns. Regularly report social media performance to leadership and recommend strategic adjustments. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to continuously improve social strategy. Support executive thought leadership by developing and managing social media content for key company leaders. Implement an employee advocacy program to encourage internal teams to share company news and industry insights. Work closely with PR, marketing, product, HR, and sales teams to align messaging and support key business initiatives. Manage relationships with social media agencies, platform representatives, and other external partners.

 

What you will have

5+ years of social media management experience, preferably in B2B tech, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software. Proven record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness. Experience managing corporate social media accounts on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Strong understanding of social media analytics and content performance tracking. Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling social content. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social). Experience working with executive thought leadership and employee advocacy programs is a plus.
