Overview:

In this role, you will lead and execute social media efforts across global markets, with a primary focus on English-speaking countries (USA, UK, CA), to positively impact our brand's online presence. You will develop and execute innovative strategies aligned with business objectives, create engaging content, and drive community engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company’s core messages and business objectives. Set clear KPIs to measure success.
Content Calendar Management: Build the content calendar, ensuring alignment with campaigns, product launches, and key announcements. Collaborate with different departments to ensure cohesion.
Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc., ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for communication, growth, and innovation.
Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance using metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Paid Social Media Campaigns: together with a specialized media agency make sure content gets promoted in line with the campaign and business objectives.
Crisis Management: Address potential social media crises or negative feedback promptly and effectively, leveraging crisis communication strategies.
Contract & Agency Management: Work with external agencies and partners to create, negotiate, and sign contracts for different social media campaigns.

Experience: Proven experience in multinational companies within tech industry, or communication agencies (social media, PR, marketing).
Content Creation: Strong skills in content creation, including copywriting, visual content, and video production.
Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and using data to drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working on marketing initiatives across teams, focusing on scalability and making sure everything aligns with business goals.
Crisis Communication: Proven experience managing social media crises, including rapid response and mitigation.
Contract Negotiation: Experience in negotiating, creating, and signing contracts with partners or agencies for campaigns.
