Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Social Media Specialist, Global Refinish

Job Summary: Axalta Refinish is seeking an experienced candidate to join our team as a Social Media Specialist in support of a robust global marketing program. In this role, the Social Media Specialist will execute the social media strategy for an extensive inventory of global and regional accounts over several platforms.

Work Location: This role may be based at one of the following locations:

Concord, NCGlen Mills, PA

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with content creators to create brand / segment messaging and drive engagement with our target audiences across platforms.Oversee the publishing of social media content by individual contributors and agency partners through global / regional content calendars.Manage social media channels to ensure alignment with brand / segment strategic objectives.Create actionable plans to differentiate the channels according to target audiences. Grow and maintain followers through popular social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology.Connect to Axalta’s Corporate Social Media Manager to share Refinish content to corporate channels with regularity.Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and Axalta and ensure a positive customer experience.Analyze performance metrics and optimize social media presence based on data-driven insights.Stay current on emerging social media trends and tools to ensure our social media strategy is competitive.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED with successful completion of 2+ year college or university program in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.3+ years of corporate or B2B social media experience who can lead the execution and manage an agency partner in support of the strategy. Highly organized, detailed-oriented professional able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills.Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues and partners.Works very well independently and part of a highly collaborative team.
