The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, possesses a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and has a track record of successful social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals and enhance brand presence across various platforms. + Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. + Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. + Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure Ringba maintains a competitive edge in the social media landscape. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives. Required Skills/Abilities & Experience: + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. + Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns. + In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends. + Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms. + Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
