Job DescriptionWHAT'S THE JOB?
We are looking to hire a talented Social Media Specialist for the Dana Hospitality team!
Manage and report on KPI’s for Dana Hospitality’s Social Media & Engagement strategy and actions.Manage our Social Media Brand Guidelines and ensure compliance and commitment of coordinators and content creators.Hire, manage and mentor multiple onsite Social Media & Engagement Coordinators that execute against client and operator measurables.Manage our Social Commerce initiatives.Manage our Social & E-Commerce library of handles and storefronts. Provide product updates, strategic marketing campaigns, dynamic pricing and proper menu fidelity.Ensure using the right software mix for coordinators to drive business performance.Provide mentorship and resources to the team of coordinators, to keep social media strategy and content relevant, contemporary and aligned with the our brand.Analyze week to week Social Media & E-Commerce metrics using our reporting tool.Create digital reports for various stakeholders to showcase results and key findings. Act as subject matter expert on Digital Engagement, E-Commerce and Social Media.Able to travel across Canada with access to a vehicle to liaise with operators, coordinators and clients at food service locations.QualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Able to articulate and scale Digital Skillsets ranging from Content Editing and Social Media management to managing E-Commerce Storefronts.Have a minimum of 2 years management experience overseeing at least 3 content creators.Experience in managing social media handles that support operators with evidence-based ROI to sales.Proficient in building E-Commerce Storefronts for Delivery & Pre-Ordering Food.Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Tik Tok and X.Experience in reporting Social Media analytics and able to present digestible content to various stakeholders.Proficiency in editing multiple media mediums from video, carousels, memes, designing logos and editing podcasts.Have worked in Food Service environment is an asset.Additional InformationWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
