This achievement highlights Stanley Martin’s growth and success as well as its commitment to its team members and company culture. **Position Summary:** The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Stanley Martin’s social media strategy, content creation, brand reputation, public relations, and community management programs. This role requires a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution to enhance brand visibility, drive audience growth, and support key business objectives. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be an expert in communications and own the social media strategy across multiple platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize data to refine tactics for optimal performance. The ideal candidate is a versatile writer, creative storyteller, analytical thinker, and passionate about building communities in the digital space.
