Essential Job Functions · Manage and lead implementation of organic and paid social media strategies to ensure alignment with agency goals to build our reputation in the communities we serve. · Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media channels to ensure we remain innovative and competitive, staying ahead of the competition in the evolving social media landscape. · Proactively monitor social media channels using social listening tools to identify trends, audience sentiment, and potential reputation issues, escalating concerns when necessary to protect the agency's reputation. · Collaborate with internal partners and customers to maximize consistent messaging and content across all communication channels. · Track, analyze and interpret social media data to identify trends, optimize content strategy and improve engagement, using A/B testing and performance metrics to present actionable insights. Qualifications Minimum Job Qualifications · 4+ years of proven social media experience with specific experience in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of social media marketing channels. · Bachelor’s degree in advertising, digital media, marketing, communications or related field. · Knowledge of social media management tools (i.e. Birdeye, Sprinklr, Sprout and/or Vista Social). · Demonstrated experience with digital analytics platforms and tools, such as GA4, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Glassdoor Enhanced Profile, Indeed Company Profile, LinkedIn Careers Page Administrator, and Microsoft Excel. · Creative mindset with excellent content creation and storytelling skills. · Results-driven and ability to meet and exceed goals. · Ability to multi-task, focus on priorities and maintain attention to detail. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Prior experience in marketing for a large regional multi-site and/or healthcare organization a plus. · Intermediate level Adobe Photoshop helpful. The starting salary range for this role is$55,000-$60,000 annual base salary.An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets.
