Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for the voice for a company across social channels and look for opportunities to increase brand exposure for BRP China. 

In this role, you will administer our social media accounts, be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers; manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals; ultimately, be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Implement and initiate extensive end customer experiences on all BRP China’s social media(70%)

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferencesDesign and implement social media strategy to align with business goalsSet specific objectives and report on ROI e.g. follower/forwarding/comments/other engagementGenerate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)Collaborate with other teams, like sales, product and customer service to ensure brand consistencyCommunicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviewsOversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. We-chat/Weibo/Tik-Tok/Redbook… timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitionsStay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Support core marketing team to amplify the Key Brand and Retail Projects by reaching out to channels outside of BRP owned platforms (30%)

·         Coordinate with BRP’s cross function teams, existing agencies or KOLs, new partners to deliver.

Implement the projects with consistent online & offline brand/product display/experience and ensure a superior customer digital journey to smoothly bring upper funnel customers to central database for further nurturing.Report on results and activate the plan of continuous improvement in action.Train and empower dealers to provide inspirations and provide guidance whenever possible.

A blended portfolio of Social media&Branding or product marketing with 5 years’ experience, outdoor sports/travel industry preferableExperience & knowledge of collaboration & co-invention with product marketing, events& CRMResult driven, commercial driven, analyticalStart-up spirit, innovative, open minded and advocator of learning on the flyProfessional in English translation
