Purpose
Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of qualitative and quantitative evaluation data to ensure project tasks and deliverables are completed within established timelines. This person will be working on the new Ohio DOE project primarily but will assist with other EdEval projects.
Responsibilities
Participate in data collection, data analysis, and reporting of evaluation findings.
Work with other project staff to develop evaluation measures, including surveys, interviews, and focus group protocols.
Communicate regularly with internal team to remain current on project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Document and edit internal processes as needed to maintain data and reporting organization.
Engage in problem solving activities, as necessary.
Perform related functions as assigned.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree. 1-2 years of relevant experience. Experience conducting evaluation or research in the field of education, sociology, psychology, or equivalent field, including familiarity with qualitative and quantitative data. Knowledge/familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 products. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications3-5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge/familiarity with using qualitative analysis software/applications (e.g., Dedoose, NVivo). Knowledge/familiarity with using Qualtrics. Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com).
Salary Range$55,000 - $65,000
Working ConditionsTypical working conditions. Employee will be required to work at least three days on campus and in-person. Applicants must be in Texas and willing to commute to campus at least three days a week.
