This is a grant-funded position and reassignment will be based upon performance, progress toward research goals and continuation of funding. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship.
Purpose
This position will support the evaluation and continuous quality improvement of National Technical Assistance Center (NTAC) and perform external technical assistance to federal grantees and others on topics related to evaluation and continuous quality improvement and other topics.
Responsibilities
Collaborate in a multi-site evaluation of a national technical assistance grant focused in dissemination, implementation, and sustainment of mental health practices.Lead the evaluation of technical assistance activities using implementation framework and tools.Provide evaluation support to an internal team for continuous quality improvement in the provision of intensive technical assistance.Participate in the development of national training, tools, and products across one or more subject areas, such as needs assessment and evaluation.Provide technical assistance and/or consultation to organizations or individuals focused on evaluation, continuous quality improvement, or similar areas of expertise.Participate in meetings and provide general support to the team.Required QualificationsMaster's Degree in social work, psychology, or other related field with at least 6 years of related experience. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Values the contributions of others in the work environment. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred QualificationsDoctoral Degree in social work, psychology, or related field with at least 4 years of related experience. Demonstrated experience with implementation science and related evaluation framework. Experience providing training and/or technical assistance in evaluation, continuous quality improvement, or implementation of a program.
Salary Range$75,000-$80,000 - depending on qualifications
