Job Description:

At Regions, the Social Media Administrator position manages online communities and engages with consumers for the purpose of building affinity and preference for Regions.

Primary Responsibilities

Manages and develops online content, content libraries, and sources content for social media interaction which meet strategic plans and initiativesEngages with online communities and customers to promote Regions in a manner which best represents the brand and reflects the priorities of RegionsOptimizes social media content based on targeted audienceRemains informed of evolving trends and updates as they relate to relevant social media platformsApplies advertising techniques to maximize content effectivenessResearches and remains informed of evolving trends within targeted audienceUtilizes keyword placement to maximize effectivenessParticipates in brainstorming sessions to develop effective ideas and techniques

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. 

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldThree (3) years of experience in marketing and/or communicationsWorking knowledge of social media platforms, especially Twitter and FacebookWorking knowledge of analytical tools as they relate to consumer engagement and reach

Additional Job Description

At Regions, the Social Selling Coordinator position manages governance, onboarding, training and support, content, measurement and optimization of Regions Social Selling program, enabling associates to engage customers and grow relationships through compliant social media

Primary Responsibilities

Helps support Regions Social Selling program to grow program adoption, active users, awareness, reach and engagements with a focus on key performance indicators, growth activities, and competitor analysis.Manages onboarding and offboarding of Social Selling users.Provides trainings to educate users on Social Selling requirements and best practices.  Provides ongoing user support.Ensures users are adhering to Social Selling program procedures and business group specific social media guidelines.Manges, develops and executes Social Selling content.  Works with key stakeholders to ensure content helps meet business goals and objectives.  Ensures content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and style.Produces Social Selling reports for key stakeholders.  Analyzes data to track performance and optimize strategy.Remains informed of evolving trends and updates as they relate to Social Selling, and social media platforms.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Social Media; social media platforms (especially Facebook and LinkedIn), communities and software (Meta and Hearsay experience preferred)

Skills and Competencies

Ability to work in a team environment when applicable

This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Birmingham, Alabama. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$75,560.00 USD
