Overview The Social Services Assistant will work in tandem with the Social Service Director and the rest of the interdisciplinary to support the psychosocial health of all Health Center residents at Capitol Lakes. You will act as an advocate for Health Center residents and work to ensure community and company-wide practices are in residents’ best interests. You will work with residents to identify any psychosocial needs which affect their well-being, mood and behavior, and help develop a plan to minimize or eliminate their psychosocial problems. Wage Range: $19.00 - $25.00 /hour DOE Work Schedule: Part-Time About You: Experience in long term care, social work, or a related field. Working knowledge of social services laws and regulations or ability to learn relevant knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, medical records and clinical software programs.
