This position is a full-time position located at The Villas at Bryn Mawr in Minneapolis, MN.

Qualifications:

Must have:

· Must recognize and understand the psychosocial and emotional needs of residents.

· Must have strong skills in communication, organization, management, and leadership.

Preferred:

· Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community.
