We're seeking a passionate and results-driven **Manager, Social Strategy** to lead the social media presence and strategy for the Travel + Leisure Co. portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving social engagement and growth, an expertise in managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, and a deep love for travel. As a key player on our team, you'll blend creativity with data-driven strategies to craft compelling content, build a vibrant online community, and strengthen brand loyalty.
**How You'll Shine:**
+ Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes, such as increased brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates, aligned with each brand's unique goals and identity.
+ Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of social media strategies with broader business initiatives and driving cross-functional collaboration for holistic success.
+ Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors in the travel space
+ Develop and implement targeted audience engagement strategies, leveraging audience insights and segmentation to create personalized and impactful content that resonates with diverse audience segments and drives engagement.
+ Stay up to date with the evolving social media landscape by monitoring trends, competitors, and new developments in algorithms, platforms, and strategies to ensure relevance and effectiveness
+ Lead the exploration and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies and innovative tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance social media performance and maintain the brand's competitive edge.
**Travel Requirements:**
+ This role will involve travel to various resorts around the country or business meetings 1-2 times a month. 25% travel
**What You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Deep understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
+ Track and report on key performance metrics, such as engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies and inform data-driven decision-making.
+ Leverage advanced analytics and data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize social media strategies and content creation, ensuring maximum efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
+ Eagerness to experiment with new formats and approaches to keep content fresh and relevant.
+ Passion for social media, trends and online consumer behavior.
+ Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change as strategy and business needs evolve.
+ Strong written and verbal skills.
+ Experience with Social Media Management tools (Sprinklr, Meltwater, Canva, etc.).
+ 5-7 years of experience with social media management or social content creation
