Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker with a minimum of 1 year of experience and either an LCSW or LMSW licensure to join our team. In this role, you will provide emotional support, advocacy, and resource coordination for individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and resources.Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals.Provide counseling and support for individuals, families, and groups.Connect clients with community resources, services, and benefits to address their needs.Collaborate with other healthcare and social service professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.Advocate for clients to access necessary services and navigate systems effectively.Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
QualificationsLicensure: Active LCSW or LMSW licensure.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in social work or a related field.Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.Knowledge of local, state, and federal social service resources and regulations.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations.
Preferred SkillsExperience working with [specific populations, e.g., children, elderly, veterans, individuals with mental health challenges].Bilingual proficiency is a plus.Familiarity with electronic case management systems.
