Job Summary:
The Social Worker is responsible for providing comprehensive support to individuals, families, and communities in need. This role involves assessing clients' needs, connecting them with appropriate resources, and developing plans to improve their overall well-being. The Social Worker must have excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills to help clients navigate complex social and emotional challenges. This position offers 1 day remote per week after 3-6 months.
