Possess a Master's and/or Bachelors Degree in Social Work

Qualifications and Requirements

Be an active member in good standing of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers Retain professional liability insurance ($5 million minimum) Provide a police clearance that meets the Bayshore Home Health policy Possess general computer skills and have access to a computer with appropriate password protection and internet capabilities Minimum of two years of community-based therapy experience (preferred) Be able to drive, hold a current, valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle in good operating condition (preferred) Must carry two million dollars in automobile insurance coverage if utilizing personal vehicle for appointments Hold a current CPR certificate (Basic Rescuer)
