Summary:
Summa's Pride Clinic is looking for someone who is passionate about caring for the LGBTQ+ community. This candidate will join a team of compassionate individuals who help to create a welcoming safe space. Constitutes establishing customers who present with psychosocial needs that negatively affect the outcome of their pregnancy, with an appropriate plan for care.
Formal Education Required:
-Masters degree in Social Work with an LISW. Focus of Field Work during Masters study should be in one of the major areas listed above.
Experience and Training Required:
-Previous work in at least one of these major areas: Hospital Social Work, pregnant teens, substance abuse, mental health. Other experience can include children s services, domestic violence, and homeless shelters.
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
-Foreign language helpful. Report writing and communication skills.
-Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials.
