Gundersen Health System is looking for a full-time social worker for their adult inpatient medical units. Work with a variety of patient populations and grow your social work skills!What you will work:  1.0 FTE = 80 Hours every 2 weeks  Monday - Friday, Days One holiday per year  What you will do:  Assessment and treatment planningDischarge planningProvide patient and family education and support Document  What you will get:  Department with a strong teamwork model  Gundersen's generous compensation and benefit package   Growth opportunities and access to Gundersen's Career Development Center to help you navigate your career  What you will need:  Bachelor's degree in Social Work or in a related field  WI Social Worker license  1 year of previous experience in human services or health care
