Social Worker Ambulatory
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** Provides direct clinical psychotherapy to individuals, adolescents, children, marital and family in a clinical setting using the medical model. **What the LMSW will do:** + Demonstrates a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a manner reflective of the Trinity Health Mission and Attitude, Respect, Responsiveness, Communication, and Courtesy. + Diagnose and treat using clinical psychotherapy with the medical model, assessing with DSM-5 billing with the ICD-10 codes + Provides emergency service on a walk-in or by phone consult basis. + Collaborates with external agencies when indicated or necessary. **Services you will Provide:** + a. Dialectical Behavioral therapyb. Trauma treatmentc. Cognitive Behavioral therapyd. Assessment and treatment for ADHDe. Grief therapy, marital therapy, and play therapyf. Adolescent issuesg. Assess and admit for psychiatric hospitalizationh.
