Position Summary: Provides assessment and intervention to assist clients/families to improve social and economic difficulties interfering with health and wellness through use of casework process and principles, strategies, and community resources.  
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:1. Seeks case supervision and consultation as appropriate.2. Determines nature of client's situation by interviewing client; assessing medical, psychological, emotional, and social information.3. Establishes course of action by exploring options; setting goals with client.


Required: ⦁ Bachelor’s degree in social work from accredited educational institution ⦁ State of Michigan licensure as Licensed Bachelor’s Social Worker (LBSW) Preferred:   ⦁ One year health care experience. ⦁ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as a Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association or equivalent through the Military Training network (MTN) #LI-AK1 Additional Information Schedule: Full-time Requisition ID: 25000275 Daily Work Times: 8:00am-4:30pm Hours Per Pay Period: 80 On Call: Yes Weekends: Yes
