Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Licensed in Alabama as a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW)  

 

 

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, coordinates, and implements comprehensive social work services to patients in the setting to which they are assigned to ensure appropriate and timely discharge planning and provision of services.
