Job Overview:
The Program Coordinator would be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to, oversite and management of all staffing needs and day to day operations including curriculum implementation, supply management, scheduling for programming, ensuring that the program/activities operate as planned and patients served are delivered quality services in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Required:
Master's Degree in Social Work or CounselingAt least 1-2 years supervisory experience and 5 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents and familiesCandidates must have a valid NJ Drivers LicenseCertifications and Licenses Required:
NJ licensure as an LCSW or LPCEssential Functions:
Collects and reports on data, submitting monthly data reports, and completes daily charge reconciliationParticipates in personal/professional development and takes responsibility for the clinical and administrative supervision of the clinical teamMakes hiring and corrective action recommendations, including intern selection, training and onboardingIn consultation with the treatment team and outside resources, contributes to the comprehensive interdisciplinary treatment plans and ensures EMRs are in compliance with regulatory standardsParticipates in all crisis intervention, crisis management action per the program`s policies and proceduresWhen providing direct services to patients, care meets all of the standards for a Senior Primary Therapist roleEnsures that unit/department/division is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulationsBenefits and Perks:
