Social Worker LCSW - Rehab Psych Therapy

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic rehabilitation psychology therapy team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary staff, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and effective therapeutic support to individuals undergoing rehabilitation.


Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs and challenges of clients in rehabilitation.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to address emotional, behavioral, and social aspects of rehabilitation.Offer support and counseling to clients and their families to facilitate adjustment to life changes.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and medical staff, to ensure integrated care.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.Advanced degree with field placement or job experience in hospital health, mental health, or related settings.Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the lifespan.  Must possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs.Bilingual Ability (Spanish & English) desirable.Management of Assaultive Behavior class. California State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Management of Assaultive Behavior class required.Must be a California State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).Must maintain current Fire Safety cards.
