The Social Worker, LICSW will function as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicate patient's health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities and/or payers. Acts as an advocate and helps patient gain access to resources while confronting their personal issues, such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse. The position takes responsibility for management of a therapeutic caseload (individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults as requested) providing timely charting and record keeping. The Social Worker may provide evidence-based treatments or work with other mental health providers when such treatment is indicated.

Required qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) in an education program accredited by the council on social work education and approved by the secretary based upon nationally recognized standards. upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License. Or upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Temporary License (Vendor Managed). 2 years In the field or in a related area.

Preferred qualifications:

2 years Ambulatory clinic or hospital.
