And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you. **Make a Difference** The Social Worker provides direct patient care through bio-psychosocial assessment, individual therapy sessions focusing on emotional crisis management, grief counseling, collateral consultation, and comprehensive referral services for those with serious and life-limiting illness. This position is with palliative care located at the Community South Cancer Center. **Exceptional Skills and Qualifications** Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. Your ability to promote program quality will assist in working with the providers and their staff.
