Provides emotional support to patients and families. Actively participates in designing and implementing institutional program/initiatives to improve patient access to the medical center resources, quality of care, cost reduction efforts and patient satisfaction. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):** + Master's Degree in Social Work or related field with 1-2 years of experience in the mental health setting. + Experience working with children, adolescents and their families preferred as well as well as experience with the adult population.
