Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Social Worker (MSW) for the Atlantic Hospice division to work 8AM-4PM Mon-Fri. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: + Candidate will be able to assess and provide appropriate interventions to help support the emotional and psychosocial needs of seriously ill patients and their families' patients. + Candidate will be able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team. + Candidate will be knowledgeable about Insurance regulations. + Candidate will be knowledgeable about community resources. + Flexible Field position Minimum Education: + Master's in social work (MSW) Minimum Experience: + 1-year general experience Licenses/Certifications: + LSW Required + Supervisory hours available for those seeking LCSW. + Valid Driver's license with good driving record.
