*Seeking a Spanish speaking Social Worker MSW

The Clinical Social Worker is a team member of the hospice Interdisciplinary Group (IDG). The Clinical Social Worker provides bio-psychosocial services to patients/families/caregivers which include assessment, care planning, intervention and evaluation. May provide care to premature infants, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, young, middle and older adults.

Required qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social work 1 year experience in health care

Preferred qualifications:

Upon hire: Social Worker License Experience in hospice care
