The Social Worker (SW), under direct and continuous supervision by an LICSW, provides biopsychosocial assessment and treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems through discharge planning. The Social Worker incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The Social Worker will collaborate with the patient and support systems to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT). The Social Worker shall perform duties in a manner that respects patient self-determination that reduces health disparities/barriers to care and adheres to the NASW code of ethics and Standards of Practice (SOP).
The Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment and /or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. Required qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the CSWE (Council on Social Work Education) or enrolled in a Master’s program to graduate within two months of hirePreferred qualifications:

Required qualifications:

Social Worker LCSW, Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla) Min: $34.66, Max: $54.87
