Social Worker (MSW) Supervisor

In addition to fulfilling social work duties, roles and responsibilities, the Social Work Lead is responsible for providing administrative and management support to Social Work staff, facilitating staff development through orientation, education, and case review, performing policy and procedure review and revision, facilitating TJC and CMS preparedness and support. **SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** : Those colleagues hired before January 1, 2020 must provide licensure or proof of application in process in their secondary state by August 28, 2020. Individuals hired in this role after January 1, 2020, must provide licensure or proof of application in their secondary state by August 28, 2020 or within six months of hire, whichever date is later. Master’s degree in Social Work. Master Social Worker (MSW) with preference for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Two years' experience in hospital or medical social work.
