Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor - Mobile Mental Health

Overview:
Join our Family Matters program, where you will have the unique opportunity to provide vital mental health services to children and their families in their homes and communities.

Compensation Range: $60,000-$75,000. We offer an additional $5,000 for candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.
What You’ll Do:
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Provide clinical services in the lower Westchester community, helping families in their own homes and communities.
+ Provide light case management, as needed.
+ Deliver timely and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress reports.
+ Collaborate with clients to update treatment plans quarterly, ensuring goals are met.
+ Offer compassionate crisis intervention when needed.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
+ A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling (MSW, LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC)
+ A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for community-based work
+ Experience working with youth with mental health needs
+ Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
