In Palliative Medicine we utilize a multidisciplinary approach, relying on input from professionals across the continuum of treatment to formulate a plan of care that can relieve suffering in as many areas of a patient's life as possible. The Palliative care team aims to address the full spectrum of physical, emotional, spiritual and social concerns that may arise with advanced illness. Your responsibilities include providing assessment, counseling and referral services to patients and their families.
