This role focuses on providing a safe, enjoyable, and educational experience for young learners. Planet Kids instructors are expected to effectively promote and execute the delivery of exceptional guest service that will exceed our guest’s expectations, and enhance their winter sports experience, in an atmosphere of safety, fun, and learning. You must possess exemplary guest service skills, be able to provide instruction on proper equipment use and have a good time doing it!
Additionally, Planet Kids instructors will act as “Zone Coaches” when not teaching lessons. These zones include Planet Kid’s tubing hills, and the Woodward Zone. When Zone Coaching, you are expected to assist children as needed, enforce any safety rules, and report any issues to your supervisor or manager.
