+ Coordinate and lead airborne test and integration activities related to Special Operations Forces aircraft + Perform technical planning, subsystem integration, verification and validation, risk analyses, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for major subsystems or components + Apply intensive and diverse knowledge to resolve complex design issues that have a significant impact to the program or task area + Perform analyses for one or more subsystems to include concept, design, fabrication, test, integration, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal + Other duties as assigned This position is contingent upon contract award. Requirements Education/Training: + Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required + Master’s Degree preferred Experience: + 12+ years of professional experience in the required task area + Minimum of 10 years experience in airborne test and system integration across multiple fixed-wing and/or rotary-wing and other airborne platforms + Minimum of 5 years of experience in field test management, cost estimation, risk factor identification, and mitigation Preferred experience: + Minimum of 5 years of experience with 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station Air Agency certification processes. + Minimum of 5 years experience supporting SOCOM-related programs Security: + Must be a US citizen + Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain access to SAR programs required
