Position Summary: The Soft Services Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating a range of soft services to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Management:
Supervise daily cleaning and housekeeping operations.Ensure all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.Coordinate with housekeeping staff and vendors to maintain service levels.Front Office and Reception:
Oversee reception services, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.Manage visitor registration and maintain visitor logs.Address and resolve any queries or complaints at the front desk.Vendor Management:
Liaise with service providers for pest control, landscaping, waste management, etc.Monitor vendor performance and ensure contract compliance.Evaluate and negotiate service agreements to deliver cost-effective solutions.Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.Implement feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery.Security and Safety Support:
Collaborate with security teams to ensure a safe working environment.Conduct routine checks and audits of facilities to identify potential risks.Support emergency and evacuation procedures as needed.Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare and submit regular reports on soft service activities and performance metrics.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Assist in the development and implementation of soft service procedures and guidelines.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or soft services.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Prior experience with investment or corporate accounts is an advantage.Location:
