Soft Services Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Soft Services Manager to join our team. Working closely with the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the contracted Soft Services and the service delivery to a manufacturing facility in Broadmeadows. 

 

The contracted Soft Services include, but are not limited to: Cleaning, Waste Management, Hygiene Services, Secure Waste, Garment Laundering and Pest Management.

What you’ll bring

Extensive experience in Cleaning and Soft Services.Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.Excellent Time Management, Planning and Organization Skills.Proven ability in the administration of work orders and supporting systems.Experience working with and managing large teams.

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

Achieve optimum results in relation to service delivery, vision and leadership, client relations, and financial management; ensure customer and client satisfaction.Effectively organize and deploy resources (personnel, equipment, facilities, and capital) to deliver high quality service and products in line with client and customer expectations. Establish and sustain a productive relationship with key client contacts through day-to-day contact. Scrutinize cost of external contractors (e.g. waste, linen) on behalf of client to ensure the client is receiving the most cost-effective arrangement. Compile, prepare and assist with the Client Monthly Reports.Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting to the FM and Management Team.
