Job Description Summary

The Soft Services Supervisor is a position within the line of operations at C&W Services. The incumbent is responsible for the supervision, operation, and performance of all janitorial, transportation and administrative services, consisting of the (3) personnel or more.

Responsible for maintaining adherence to customer quality requirements.Responsible for personnel training to achieve effective and efficient operations performance.Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate methods and procedures for operations personnelInterface with customer representatives to assure that service delivery/quality is satisfactory.Interface with Manager relative to personnel administration, budgetary requirements, and customer issuesAssist the Contract Manager in the development of customer reports, performance indicators, and productivity improvement programs.Assist the Maintenance Technicians in the development of all safety rules and programsWork with management staff with personnel training to achieve effective and efficient operations performance.Establish and maintain supplies and materialsAll SOPs must be followedUnderstands Good Documentation Practices and follows GMP proceduresEnsures team performs daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas as directedMaintains a neat and orderly work area, including janitorial closets and storage areasPerforms all cleaning assignments in accordance with BI’s approved proceduresMaintains cleaning equipment in good working condition, and notifies the Manager or Supervisor if repair or replacement is necessaryMaintains appropriate supply levels in assigned janitorial closets and storage areasWorks safely at all times and promptly informs management about unsafe conditions existing in the work areaWears personal protective equipment appropriate for the task being performedAbility to lift up to 50 lbsOther duties as assigned

Qualification

Minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience associated with building services activitiesMinimum of five (5) years of recent supervisory experience with staff of twenty-five or moreSupervisory/business training, preferably at college levelDesire to exceed and a service attitude relative to customer needs

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $56,576.00 - $66,560.00
