We are looking for a full stack software development technical teammate that is ready to come in and help a transformation of the technology services within a growing organization. This individual will need to be able to help design new systems, build modern web applications, and innovate in the DevOps and cloud spaces and lead people along the way. We are building a team that solves complex problems, creates new ways of engaging with our customers, leverages technology to improve efficiency, and ultimately disrupts our industry. This role is fully remote with potential travel to Dallas for in-person collaboration on occassion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

\n\nServe as technical teammate to analyze code base, understand flows and schedules, and make data driven decisions to support and grow the platform\nParticipate in design sessions\nParticipate in new technology introductions, including research and exploration of new technologies\nImplement and deliver solutions through code, throughout the SDLC process, including following best practices for continuous integration, testing and delivery of code\nContinuously learn and stay abreast of technology to deliver more efficient and modern solutions\nCollaborate with leadership team (product owner, director, etc.) to track deliverables and timelines, report issues and risks, and demonstrate the team’s progress to internal audiences\n\n Requirements

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player\nExcellent communication skills\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills\nDeep understanding in software development mastery of Microsoft-based programming languages and technologies, including .NET Core, C#,ASP.NET, WebAPI, and SQL Server\nMastery with database technologies SQL, NoSQL, Document databases\nIn-depth knowledge of AWS services such as AWS App Services, AWS SQL Database, AWS Storage, AWS Functions, AWS Elastic Beanstalk and AWS Monitor. The ability to evaluate the relative merits of service based on the business use-cases, needs, effort, performance, scalability, and associated costs\nWeb technologies, including Angular, responsive design, RESTful services, etc.\nKnowledge of CI/CD practices and tools to streamline development workflows\nBachelor’s Degree Required\n8-10 years of directly related or closely related experience, preferably with financial software\n\n
