THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Software Architect of Adobe AEP & AJO, you will help to establish and enforce patterns, best practices, and standards for the department to follow in one or more areas including but not limited to: C#, JS, Azure, HTML, CSS, Kotlin, Swift, Restful APIs, Kubernetes, Containers, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer.  You will help guide the growth of various levels of engineers in the department through training, education, and mentorship.  You will be a caretaker and advocate of the technology that delivers $3.5B annually to the company. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Guide a department full of talented engineers to create, maintain, and evolve the digital systems required by Chipotle.

Create proof of concept implementations for ideas the company will want to explore.

Partner with other departments to decide the best in breed implementations for large technology initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

B.S. degree in computer science or other related field preferred.

10+ years experience creating highly available, scalable, fault tolerant systems.

An incredible ability to identify an audience to be able to understand business problems and communicate how technology solutions can help solve the issues.

An in-depth knowledge in the area(s) of expertise required (including Adobe AEP, AJO and Analytics).

The ability to train, teach, and educate others on the technology you understand and are responsible for to create the next generation of architects.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $145,000.00–$214,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
