Miller Welding Automation is looking for a highly motivated individual for the position of Software Automation Manager. In this role you will focus on new product development in collaborative and traditional robotics. The Software Automation Manager will play a key leadership role in driving above market growth in welding automation. This is a highly visible position within the ITW Welding segment, reporting directly to the Automation Business Unit Director. The position requires an individual to understand leading automation technologies and the flexibility to adapt quickly to different projects as required. The right candidate will lead a geographically diverse development team and collaborate with product management, service, and end users to enhance our user experience and create differentiated value propositions.

Management of software development focused on user experience (UX) and the development of enhanced functionality for collaborative robotics.Looked to as a Subject Matter Expert for software-related trends and technologies in welding robotics.Vendor Management:
