Summary: Seeking a Capture Manager - Software Systems to lead business development efforts in the military UAS and Sustainment sectors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred. Minimum 7 years in business development with 5 years in campaign capture. Experience in military aviation preferred. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Preferred Skills:

Experience selling and pricing software. Sustainment experience. Established industry relations, particularly in Huntsville, DC, or similar areas.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with military stakeholders for revenue generation. Lead strategic campaigns for securing new contracts through market assessments and competitive analysis. Create technical white papers and competitive proposals to drive new revenue. Collaborate with UAS and Sustainment leaders to align business development with strategic goals. Explore opportunities with commercial customers to broaden the revenue base.

Pay Details: $100.00 to $140.00 per hour
