A week in the life of a Senior Software Developer:

Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Contribute to the performance and success of warfighters for a program focused on Distance Learning (DL). Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Develop specifications and performance requirements. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems. Maintain databases within an application area while working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. Research, test, build, and integrate new products and major enhancements.
