Job Description  

  

This organization is revolutionizing their industry by creating a cutting-edge, cloud-native platform that empowers customers to seamlessly interact and purchase online.  Experiencing explosive growth, this organization is seeking experienced Software Engineering Team Leads to drive development efforts forward. 

 

Responsibilities:   

 

Lead Agile Teams: Guide cross-functional teams (development, QA, business analysts) in an agile environment, fostering collaboration and success. 

Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) within a specific domain of our platform, providing deep technical guidance. 

Mentor & Develop: Invest in team growth through mentorship (pair programming, code reviews, coaching), career development planning, and knowledge sharing. 

System Design & Architecture: Design and implement system features that align with business objectives, ensuring integration within the enterprise platform. 

Quality & Performance: Drive high-quality development practices, including unit testing, collaboration with QA, and a focus on system performance and security.

 

  Qualifications and Requirements:  

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 10+ years of C# development. 

3+ years leading software development teams. 

Experience designing enterprise systems, RESTful APIs, and cloud deployments (Azure preferred). 

Design and implement reliable data storage solutions using cloud technologies (SQL, Document DBs, etc.). 

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IAC). 

Strong communication, collaboration skills, and attention to detail. 

Experience working on large projects in agile environments. 

Practical knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and SPA frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 – $160,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
