Title: Software Developer - .NET / LoanIQ (Onsite NYC) Location: Onsite 5 days in NYC office
Pay Rate: Up to $45/hour

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Loan IQ Developer to join their team for a 6-month onsite contract in New York City. This role requires deep expertise in Loan IQ applications and .Net technologies, supporting key financial systems and operations.

This position involves developing and enhancing Loan IQ applications using .Net, C#, and SQL, working closely with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions. The role includes designing and optimizing SQL queries, performing code reviews, and ensuring high-quality application performance. The candidate will be embedded in a dynamic team focused on delivering robust financial solutions.

Requirements: Experience in the financial services or banking industry. Strong hands-on experience with Loan IQ applications. 100% needed. Proficiency in .Net, C#, ASP.Net, and SQL (complex queries, stored procedures). Experience working with Loan IQ APIs and Loan IQ Data Model. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application issues. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with JavaScript, React, and Java. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance Loan IQ applications. Work with business stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions. Optimize database performance and troubleshoot application issues. Perform testing, debugging, and ensure high-quality code delivery. Participate in full SDLC, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Compensation & Work Details: Pay Rate: $45/hr. Onsite, 5 days a week in NYC. Potential for contract extension based on performance.
