Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

The engineer will interact with customers to provide knowledge transfer, best practices, diagnostic tools and techniques, frequently faced problems, etc on new product features. The balance between product feature development and customer SCP programs. Take initiative and be responsible for delivering complex software by working effectively with the team and broader set of stakeholders. It is preferred that the engineer perform these duties with a minimum direction and a high degree of independence, be comfortable with building relationships across organizations and to resolve cross-product issues.  Comfortable in CI/CD and DevOps work styles.  Scripting & configuration languages such as – Bash, Python, GoLang and YAML experience a strong plus. Proven experience in test-driven development, with Jenkins (or other CI/CD frameworks), experience a strong plus.
