We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer to join OHAI and specialize in training and refining our Generative AI Support Bot. This role will focus on developing, training, and enhancing the performance of our AI support bot to ensure it provides a high-quality, contextually relevant assistance for Oracle Health user. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the quality of healthcare support and service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, Master's preferred.  3 to 5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with hands-on experience training generative AI models or large language models.  Proficiency with Python and familiarity with ML libraries (such as TensorFlow and PyTorch) and NLP frameworks. Strong experience with data preprocessing, dataset management, and model evaluation. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, terminology, and regulations (e.g., HIPPA), or a strong willingness to learn. Familiarity with DevOps, OCI cloud computing environment and CI/CD pipeline. Excellent analytical skills with problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience with conversational AI, large language models or chatbot development Familiarity with OHAI products of similar healthcare technologies. Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production, especially in regulated industry.
